Taku Sakaushi

昨晩授業終わったら学生の一人が先生の換気塔間近で見てきましたと写真くれた。近くまで行く遊覧船があるんだって。乗ってみたい！After class last night, one of the students gave me a photo of the ventilation tower I designed. There is a pleasure boat that goes nearby. I wanna ride!

突如4人の方からメール。僕らが富士吉田で氷室をコンバージョンしたギャラリーに木村佳乃が来ているぞと。あれ本当だ。テレビの力はすごいね。
All of a sudden I got an email from four people. They said Yoshino Kimura is coming to the gallery where we converted Himuro in Fujiyoshida. That’s true. The power of television is amazing.

川尻さんに勧められて読んでみた。短い執筆期間だからこその井上の直感めいた筋書きが楽しい。
I read it on the recommendation of Mr. Kawajiri. Inoue’s intuition-like storyline is enjoyable because of the short writing period.

普遍は実在するのか名前だけなのか？実在するならモダニズムは盤石だった。突き詰めれば残るのは質料と僕は思う。中央線が2時間遅れたので読んだが中世哲学はあまりに晦渋。
Is the universal real or just a name? Modernism was rock solid if it existed. Ultimately, I think that what remains is materiality. The Chuo Line was delayed by two hours, so I read it, but the medieval philosophy is too vague.
