今使っているスラックのチャンネルが5つ、メーラーが2つ、それにラインとメッセンジャーで計9個の受信箱を頻繁にチェックはできない。その中にたまに大事な情報が紛れていてとても慌てる。I can’t frequently check my inbox with 5 slack channels, 2 mailers, and ines and messengers totally nine boxes. Sometimes important information is confused in it and I am in trouble.

病院で待合の時間に読み終わった。作らない建築家坂口恭平が見つけ出した画期的にユニークな人物30人の生き方インタビュー集である。彼らは手に入るもので創り、持っている能力を剥き出しにして生きる。その姿があまりに自然で、愉快で、創造的である。
I finished reading at the waiting time at the hospital. This is a collection of interviews with 30 epoch-making and unique people found by Kyohei Sakaguchi, an architect who does not make. They create what they can get and live by exposing their abilities and attributes. Its appearance is very natural, entertaining and creative.

建築家の市原さんから「かたち」の本をいただいた。鹿島出版会で、半分カラーページで、A５版291ページで、2800円という値段は驚愕である。先日いただいた本郷さんの本では建築の形が嫌いでファッションデザイナーになったという言葉に象徴されるように、形嫌いが多い昨今、かたちを真っ向から語る本が素晴らしい。
Prof. Ichihara gave me a book on the form. At Kashima Publishing, half color pages, 291 pages of A5 version, 2800 yen is amazing. In the book of Hongo, which I received the other day, she hated the form of architecture and became a fashion designer, and in recent years when many architects don’t like form, books that talk about the form are wonderful these days.

数年前まで理科大で教えていただいていた川島範久さんから新刊をいただいた。授業で話されていたことが見やすくまとまっていて学生必携と思う。環境を考えることはマストであり、考えない建築は基礎がない建築を作るようなものなのだと思う。I received a new issue from Mr. Norihisa Kawashima, who taught at Tokyo University of Science until a few years ago. I think it is a must-have for students because it is easy to see what was said in his class. Thinking about the environment is a must, and I think that architecture without thinking environment is like building an architecture without a foundation.

最近、いろいろなことが一回で軌道に乗らない。だいたい最初のハードルを超えると、次のハードルが待っている。それでも前進してればいい方で、同じところで飛び跳ねていることもある。
