モノグラフの3章、4章のレイアウトが昨日届いて驚く。章の扉に僕のスケッチブックのコピーが無造作に貼りつけてある。A5のスケッチをA4に拡大して見るに耐えられるだろうか？
I was surprised that the layout of chapters 3 and 4 of the monograph arrived yesterday. A copy of my sketchbook is boldly pasted on the door of the chapter. Is it ok to show the drawing magnified from A5 to A4?

都市の不連続性

久しぶりに大規模開発助言のため、八潮市へ来た。帰りがけ昔5大学で設計した駅前公園を見たら緑が地面を覆い土地に馴な染み始めた。

I came to Yashio City for large-scale development advice after a long absence. On my way home, when I saw the park in front of the station, which was designed by 5 universities a long time ago, the green covered the ground and began to blend in with the land.

配偶者は僕の見たこともないものを家のどこかに隠し持っている。たまにそれらは展示される。おそらく書か茶か弓に使うものなのだろうが何に使うかわからない物が多い。

My spouse has something I’ve never seen hidden somewhere in my house. Occasionally they are on display. Perhaps it is used for calligraphy, tea or bows, but there are many things that I do not know what to use.

「賞の審査をしていると感じるが、数多ある優れた作品から光るものを発掘しなければならない。だからただ上手く、綺麗に作りましたでは勝負できないんだよ」と配偶者に言ったら、最近、彼女も書の審査をしてるらしく書も「ただ上手に綺麗に書いただけでは駄目なのよ」と言っていた。

“While I am judging the award,I have To  find something that shines from a lot of excellent works, so you can’t compete if you just make it well and beautifully,” I said to my spouse. She seems to be reviewing the calligraphy recently, and she said, “It is not valuable to  just write it well and beautifully.”

日建は変われるか
