Is it possible to roof a triangular plan with a folded-pllate. The span is about 30 meters.

限界集落で働く

今週の1時間設計は、安藤忠雄が昔よく使った２つの正方形をずらす構成を使って安藤さんとは異なる空間を考えよと言うもの。

This week’s one-hour design is to think of a space different from Mr. Ando by using the composition that Tadao Ando often used in the past to shift the two squares.

今年のトークイン上越は明日から二日間zoomで開催、東京と上越をつないで原風景を語ろうというもの。うまくいくかな？坂牛研からも９人参加。

同じ建築を動画で見た場合と静止画で見た場合と受ける印象の差をアンケート調査した学生がいる。アンケートはすべてズームで行った。ある程度想定されることだが想定される結果がきちんと出たようである。二つの一番の差は時間の有無である。どちらがより真実かと言うと困る。どちらも真実だから。

A student of my lab.surveyed the difference in impressions between watching the same architecture in a video and watching it in a still image. All questionnaires were done with zoom. It is expected to some extent, but it seems that the expected result has come out properly. The biggest difference between the two is the presence or absence of time. It’s hard to say which is more true. Both are true.

久しぶりにマジな4時間対面会議した。面白かった。会議って相手によるなあ

We had a serious four-hour face-to-face meeting after a long time. I’m not hungry for a fruitful discussion. The meeting depends on the other party.

久しぶりに外出。健康診断後、二つズーム会議して、夜学会で対面会議。こんな急に頭が回らない。傘、コンピュータ、メガネケースが、見つからない。諦めて出かけるも、駅で名刺忘れたのに気付く。戻って出かけ直して地下鉄に乗ったが読もうと思って入れたつもりの本が鞄に見当たらない。やれやれ、

I went out after a long time. After the medical examination, I will have two zoom meetings and a face-to-face meeting in the evening at AIJ. I can’t turn my head so suddenly. I can’t find my umbrella, computer, and glasses case. I gave up and went out, but noticed that I forgot to bring my business card bear the station.
