今日は作るよ。得意のアクアパッツア。いつもはタイだが今日はスズキ。トマトとニンニクと柚子の輪切りを載せて200度で30分オーブン。ハンバーグは昔ながらでパン粉、牛乳、卵入。やっぱりこれも美味い。サラダは神楽坂の有機野菜。これが芯がしっかりしていて味がある。
