食べたことない和食
知っている料理を作る興味が失せてきた。なんとか知らない味を目指しているが今日は成功。那須にシーチキンと鰹節と白ごま、そこに酢と醤油で5分チン。牛コマを炒めてレンコン、長ネギ炒めに入れて酒、ポン酢で炒め蒸す。3つ目は豚バラをカリカリに炒めてインゲン入れて豚の脂でゆっくり揚げる。そこにポン酢。
I’ve lost interest in making dishes I know. I’m trying to achieve a taste I don’t know, but today I succeeded. Nasu with sea chicken, bonito flakes, and white sesame seeds, then put it in the microwave for 5 minutes with vinegar and soy sauce. Sauté the beef and add them to lotus roots and green onions, and fry and steam them with sake and ponzu. The third one is pork. Fry it crispy, add green beans and fry it slowly in pork fat. Then add ponzu.
