The number of Japanese degree earners per million population is not so high in developed countries.

Bachelor’s 1st place is Korea (over 6000) 4th Japan (over 4000)

Master’s 1st place is UK (3500+) 5th Japan (500+)

Doctorate 1st place is UK (over 350 people) 5th Japan (over 100 people)

Although you go to university, the number of people who go to graduate school is relatively small because you cannot eat even if you study. So you have to go abroad to work or work as early as possible. Well, that is all right, but I think that intelligence is a property of the country, and it is the responsibility of the country to create a country that harnesses knowledge.

日本の学位取得者は人口100万人あたりの数値は、先進国の中でそれほど多くない。

学士1位は韓国（6000人強）4位日本（4000人強）

大学は行くけれど大学院に行く人が相対的に少ないのは勉強しても食えないからである。だから食うために海外行くか、さっさと働くかということになる。まあそれでもいいけれど、知力は国の財産であり、知を生かす国をつくるのは国の役目だと思うが。
