多自然主義
人間社会には国や文化の差がありそれらを対等に認める多分化主義という考え方がある。一方自然界にも多様な世界がありそれらの差を認めて対等に扱う考え方があり多自然主義と呼ぶ。例えば虫の世界と魚の世界と日本人の世界と中国人の世界は異なりしかも対等だということである。そんな考えをベースに建築を考えたらどうなるか修論設計で考えている学生がいる。面白そうだがどんなデザインが、生まれるか？
There are differences in countries and cultures in human society, and there is an idea of multiculturalism that recognizes them on an equal footing. On the other hand, there are various worlds in the natural world, and there is a way of thinking that recognizes the differences and treats them equally, which is called multi-naturalism. For example, the world of insects, the world of fish, the world of Japanese, and the world of Chinese are different and equal. There is a student who is thinking about what will happen if she thinks about architecture based on such an idea in her master’s thesis design. What kind of design will be born, though it sounds interesting?
