Job 型雇用
アメリカではjob description(職務説明)を遂行できる人が雇用されると娘が言う。遂行可能性を立証するのが学位や資格である。しかるに日本はメンバーシップ型雇用であり、メンバーとしての人柄、忠誠心、潜在能力が問われる。きっと双方いいとこどりが理想だと思う。
My daughter says that in the United States, people who can perform job described in the job descriptions are hired. It is a degree or qualification that proves the capability. However, in Japan we have a membership-type employment, system, and personality, loyalty, and potential as a member are required. I’m sure it’s ideal for both sides to be good.
