弘前シードル工房を見せていただく。設計蟻塚学さん。林檎農家さんのお話も聞いた。林檎は剪定か命だそうだ。
I was shown the Hirosaki cider workshop. Designed by Manabu Arizuka. I also heard the story of the apple farmer. Apples are said to be pruning.
