地の家

今から5年前、エンリック• マッシブ•ボッシュが理科大に来て篠原一男の地の家に一部屋増築せよというWSをやった。その時作った1/20の模型を見ながらこれは篠原一男の情動を深く感じる建築だと思い今日実物を見た。スケールがぐっと抑えらられている。から傘よりさらにつぶれた感じだ。土の中にめり込ませる空間だ。Five years ago from now, Enric Massip Bosch came to Tokyo University of Science and held a WS to add a room to Kazuo Shinohara’s house of earth. At that time, while looking at the 1/20 model students made, I thought that this was a building that I could deeply feel the emotion of Kazuo Shinohara, and today I saw the real thing. The scale is greatly suppressed. It feels like it’s even more crushed than an umbrella. It’s a space that sinks into the earth.
