大学院の前期製図ファイナルレビュー。金箱さんと台湾の建築家ユーチーの指導。町で見つけた材料で家具を作り、パビリオンに発展させる。最初の材料とのシュールな出会いが見たことない建築になる様はなかなか面白い。

First term design studio final review of graduate school. Teaching by Mr. Kanebako and Taiwanese architect Yuchi. Make furniture from the materials found in the town and develop it into a pavilion. It’s quite interesting to see a development from the surrealistic encounter with the first material to an architecture that has never been seen.

富士見の小屋1／20の模型ができた。内装は構造用合板露わし。A model of hut in Fujimi 1/20 was completed.  The interior finish is all structural plywood.

四年の製図は弥田さんがコンバージョン、高木さんが二拠点居住、松井さんが2060年のAIをテーマにした課題。

In the fourth year of design studio, Mr. Yata :conversion Mr. Takagi :living in two bases, and Mr. Matsui; AI-themed task in 2060.

昔は定期、お財布。今はSuica、お財布、iPhone、pcそしてこれ、便利になったのか、不便になったのか？

In the old days, it were commutation ticket and wallet you have to carry with you when you go out.  Now Suica, wallet, iPhone, pc and this. Have we  become convenient or inconvenient?

三浦展の新刊『花街の引力』につい食指が動いたのは、荒木町、赤坂、神楽坂と移り住んだ身としてはそれ以外の花街に興味が湧いたからである。そしてあまりの量に翻弄された。人の集まるところに花街ありである。それが赤線などと言って限定されたり、非合法化されたり、米兵向けに率先して作ってみたり、そしてそういうものは無くならない。

As someone who has lived in Arakicho, Akasaka, and Kagurazaka, I was curious about the hanamachi in the rest of the city. And I was tossed about by the sheer volume. Where people gather, there is a Hanamachi. They limited the area by the red line, outlawed or even taken the initiative to create one for American soldiers, and it never went away.
