ミナの仕事感
皆川明は骨折して陸上選手を諦めて、パリでKOSHINO JUNKOのパリコレの手伝いしているうちにファッションやろうと思って文化服装の夜間に通い、八王子でちいさなアトリエを作り、白金に初めて自分の店を作った時に預金残高5万円だったという。やりたいことをするのが仕事であって対価のために仕事をするのではない。と書いている。明日は東工大で自著『会社を辞めて建築家になった』の話をするのだが、ミナの話をまずしよう。
Akira Minagawa broke a bone and gave up on track and field. While helping KOSHINO JUNKO’s Paris collection in Paris, he decided to try fashion. He went to Bunka Fukuso at night, built a small atelier in Hachioji, and opened his first store in Shirokane. Your job is to do what you want, not get paid for it. 真夏の打ち合わせ
編集会議@東大権藤研。夏休みの宿題を決める。続けて加藤研で雑談しながら新しい企画を決める。どちらも痛快な本になるでしょう！乞うご期待。だいぶ先だけど。Editorial meeting@Tokyo University Gondo lab. Set homework for summer vacation. Next, we decided on a new project while chatting at Kato Lab. Both will make for a poignant book! stay tuned. It’s a long way off though.
昔の神楽坂
昨日配偶者がレバニラ炒めが食べたいといい宝龍という近所の中華に行った。昭和37年創業と聞き、その頃の神楽坂はどんなだったのかネット検索した。上の方の写真は見つからなかったが入り口あたりはこんなだった。昭和34年。私たちの生まれた年。Yesterday, my spouse wanted to eat rebanira, so we went to a nearby Chinese restaurant called Hokuryu. When I heard that it was founded in 1962, I searched the internet to see what Kagurazaka was like at that time. I couldn’t find the picture above, but it was like this around the entrance. 1959. the year we were born.

竹森鉱臣さんからいただきました。お会いしたこともお話したこともありませんが、楽しい本ありがとう。ソ連から、フランスから輸入された建築があることは知ってましたが素晴らしい写真でこういうものなんだと知りました。I received it from Hiromi Takemori. I’ve never met or talked to hum, but thank you for the fun book. I knew that there was architecture imported from France, the Soviet Union but I now got what it is like from the wonderful photos.
