美味しそうな色は社会が作る。人工着色料が敬遠され、自然食材の色が好まれても、インスタ映えする料理はまた色を求める。
The color that looks delicious is made by society. Even if people shy away from artificial coloring and prefer the colors of natural ingredients, Instagrammable dishes still demand colors.

夏休みにやらねばならぬ、気が重い仕事に後期早稲田芸術学校で７回行う講義のパワポ作りがある。日本近現代建築文化論と称して前半は萩原剛さんがやり、後半が僕。建築家の基点を教科書に、12/11日はイントロ、12/8伊東豊雄、12/15長谷川逸子、12/22坂本一成、1/12物派の建築家たち、1/19世界派の建築家たち、1/26まとめ、本日意を決して伊東さんのパワポ作った。ストーリーができているから思いのほか早くできた。フー。

One of the daunting tasks that I have to do during the summer vacation is making powerpoints for seven lectures at Waseda University of the Arts. With Origins of Architects as a textbook, December 11th is the introduction, December 8th Toyo Ito, December 15th Itsuko Hasegawa, December 22nd Kazunari Sakamoto, January 12th Architects of the Materiarity and Objects school, January 19th World school Architects, 1/26 summary, today I decided to make Mr. Ito’s PowerPoint. I was able to do it faster than I expected because I had a story.

夏休みは家にじっとしていたいのだが、、、これから出張。大事な仕事相手も感染したとメールが来た。怖いなあ。

I took my spouse to ASSIST, a name that only handles electric assist bicycles in search of a foot in a mountain hut. I was looking for a three-wheeled vehicle, but when I tried it on, I realized that it was difficult to turn. A normal mint-colored mamachari with a used body, new battery, and tires was half the price, so I went for it.

編集会議でタイトルは『教養としての建築入門』がいいのではということになった。なるほどこんな本は手にとってみたくなる。At the editorial meeting, it was decided that the title should be “Introduction to Architecture as Education”. I would indeed pick up a book like this.

Fujimi hut report (2) 伐採、抜根、根切りを終え道路からのアクセスと基礎底に砕石しました。８月は3週間工事禁止なので施工図確認期間とします。今回地質調査はしてません。凍結震度1メートルなので1メート掘っています。掘った土の重さと、建物重さが釣り合うという理屈です。
Fujimi hut report (2) After removing the trees, roots, the access from the road and crushed stones were put on the foundation bottom. In August, construction is prohibited for 3 weeks, so it will be a construction drawing confirmation period. We didn’t do a geological survey this time. Since the freezing seismic intensity is 1 meter, we are digging 1 meter. The theory is that the weight of the excavated soil and the weight of the building are balanced.
